- •Patients from age of 4 months-12 years, of either sex, of ASA physical status I and II undergoing
- •elective surgeries under general anesthesia with cuffed endotracheal tube
排除标准
- •History of upper respiratory tract infections
- •History of bronchial asthma
- •History of congenital heart disease
- •Previous laryngeal or tracheal surgery
- •Patients undergoing airway surgery
- •History of local anesthetic allergy
- •Patients with anticipated difficult airway
- •Patients expected to require postoperative ventilation
