- •2. Patients agreed to this study with sign a consent form

- •1. Amide- local anaesthetic hypersensitivity patients.
- •2. Users with Anti coagulation including aspirin and anti- platelet agents
- •3. Pregnats wemans
- •4. Uncontrolled hypertension or diabetus patients.
- •5. Severe coagulopathy, cardiopulmanary disease, chronic renal failure patients.
