Study is experimental (non-randomized trial) ,conducted for 6 months on young adults (18-25 years) who are at a medium or high risk of developing type 2 diabetes according to Indian Diabetes Risk Score. outcome measures includes Indian Diabetes Risk Score IPAQ to assess for physical activity , waist circumference to assess abdominal obesity

入选标准
- •1.Medium and high- risk young adults (according to IDRS) 2.18-25 years young adults 3.Individuals who are willing to participate 4.Both males and females.
排除标准
- •1.Individuals diagnosed with cardiovascular, respiratory, or psychological disorders.
- •2.Neurological and/or musculoskeletal conditions 3.Lower limb injury/deformity OR any medical conditions which hampers the participants to perform the protocol 4.Acute illness (fever, weakness, cold and cough) 5.Diagnosed with peripheral vascular disease 6.Individuals with diagnosed metabolic disorder (T1Diabetes/T2DM/ pre-Diabetes) 7.Individuals diagnosed with congenital neuro-musculoskeletal & cardiac conditions 8.Recent major surgeries (1 month) 9.Individual who are unable to perform stair climbing.
