入选标准
- •1. Hospitalized pediatric patients (age < 18 years) fulfilling the WHO criteria for multi-system inflammatory syndrome in children will be reviewed from 6 centres
- •2. Fever >=3 days
- •3. Rash or bilateral or non-purulent conjunctivitis or muco-cutaneous abnormalities (oral, hands or feet)
- •4. Hypotension or shock
- •5. Feature of myocardial dysfunction, pericarditis, valvulitis, or coronary abnormalities (including ECHO findings or elevated Troponin/NT-proBNP)
- •6. Evidence of coagulopathy (by PT, PTT, elevated d-Dimers)
- •7. Acute gastrointestinal problems (diarrhea, vomiting, or abdominal pain)
- •8. COVID-19 exposure within prior 4 weeks
排除标准
- •1. No obvious microbial cause
- •2. Those patients who do not meet the WHO criteria and have evidence of other concomitant infections will be excluded
