入选标准
- •1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for transient ischemic attack;
- •2. Aged between 45-80 years, no gender limitation;
- •3. Right-handed;
- •4. ABCD3-I stroke risk assessment medium or above risk (>=4 points);
- •5. No metal in the body, no claustrophobia and other contraindications for magnetic resonance examination;
- •6. Willing to accept this research program, I or my family members sign the informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with other brain structural lesions diagnosed by imaging;
- •2. Stroke aura caused by cardiac factors;
- •3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, blood system;
- •4. Allergic constitution, easy to complicate infection and bleeding;
- •5. Pregnant patients and lactating patients;
- •6. Those who have taken vasodilators or psychotropic drugs in the past 2 weeks;
- •7. Severe cranial anatomical structure asymmetry is found in MRI scans;
- •8. Those who have participated in similar neuroimaging trials within 1 month.
