入选标准
- •Age >18 years
- •Patient presented to the emergency department with symptoms consistent with
- •ischemic stroke.
- •Having undergone NCCT and MPCTA
排除标准
- •Intracranial haemorrhage identified at baseline CT.
- •Previous moderate to large stroke in the ipsilesional hemisphere.
- •Patient unable to undergo CT angiography because of recent estimated creatinine
- •clearance of less than 60 mL/min, contrast material allergy, or other reasons.
- •Any terminal illness (patient not expected to survive longer than 1 year).
