- •3.pain more than six weeks

- •1.history of foot bone fracture
- •2.underlying rheumatic disease, SLE, diabetic meelitus
- •3.history of steroid injection at plantar fascia
- •4.burning sensation at foot or intrinsic foot atrophy
- •5.pregnant
