入选标准
- •1.Female patients belonging to ASA1 and ASA2 posted for elective breast surgeries
- •2.Female patients in age group of 18-65 years
排除标准
- •Emergency breast surgeries,
- •Patients with comorbidites and belonging to ASA 3 and 4,
- •Patients who are allergic to local anaesthesia and adjuvants,
- •Patient refusal to study,
- •Underlying severe cardiac-pulmonary compromise,
- •Morbid obesity BMI > 35,
- •Any chest wall infiltration,
- •Pregnancy, lactation,
- •Patients already on prescribed oral opioid analgesics and psychotropic agents
