入选标准
- •1.American society of Anaesthesiology physical status classification 1and 2 (ASA 1 & 2)
- •2.Patients in the age group of 18-70 years
- •3.Patients undergoing surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •1.Patients with facial fractures, cervical spine injury or with tracheostomy tube.
- •2.Patients in whom rapid sequence induction is indicated.
- •3.Patients with poor submandibular space compliance.
- •4.Patients in whom direct laryngoscopy with muscle relaxants is not planned.
- •5.patients with neck extension < 30 degree
- •6.patients who cannot prognath lower incisor beyond the upper incisor
