- •consent of voluntary participation
- •- age between 18 and 40 years
排除标准
- •- participation in eccentric upper arm resistance training during the last six months
- •- severe orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurological, endocrine or psychiatric diseases
- •- acute inflammation, acute or not completely healed injuries
- •- intake of anti-inflammatory medicine or supplements that modify pain perception and proprioception
- •- DOMS of the upper limb prior to the initial investigation day
- •- severe pain or instability or surgery of the upper limb
