- •Patients who come for the first time into the sleep laboratory with indication for a diagnostic polysomnographic investigation (Level 4 of the treatment Guidelines) and patients who come for the first time into the sleep laboratory with confirmed OSA diagnosis and indication for immediate sleep apnoea therapy onset.

- •patients who are unable to give written consent for study recruitment
