- •1. Patient with De Quervain tenosynovitis.
- •2. Age > 18 years.
- •3. Failed nonoperative treatment after 2-3 times of local injection.
排除标准
- •1. Previous affected extremity injury
- •2. infection
- •3. allergy to lidocaine
- •4. Underlying rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis of the 1st carpometacarpal joint, and median carpal tunnel syndrome
