- •Critically ill patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit; undergoing mechanical ventilation; intubated within 24 hours; and aged 18 years or older; both genders
排除标准
- •Pregnant patients; edentulous patients; patients with severe traumatic brain injury; postoperative patients expected to be discharged within the first 24 hours; patients diagnosed with COVID; patients intubated for more than 24 hours; patients for whom sample collection is not possible; and patients whose legal representative does not sign the informed consent form
