- •People with prediabetes with fasting blood sugar (greater than or equal to 100 and less than 125 mg/dL) or increased blood sugar two hours after prescribing glucose (greater than or equal to 140 and less than 200 mg/dL) or hemoglobin A1C range 5.7% to 6.4%
- •Aged 18 years and older
- •Conscious consent to participate in the study
排除标准
- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •consumption of hypoglycemic drugs
- •Consumption of quercetin in the last three months
- •Taking of crocin and curcumin supplementations
- •History of liver and kidney failures and cardiovascular diseases
- •Cancer and autoimmune diseases
- •Dissatisfaction with participating in the study
