入选标准
- •Age 20-75 years
- •Diagnosed cirrhosis(CTP B/C) and imaging study confirmed
- •Risk of malnutrition
- •Serum albumin < 3.5 mg/dL
- •BMI ≤ 18.5 kg/m2 or
- •Scored Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment ≥ 4 or
- •Midarm muscle circumference (MAMC) ≤ 23.4 cm. for male, ≤ 21.3 cm. for female
排除标准
- •Malnutrition associated disease
- •Advanced chronic disease : Heart failure, Chronic kidney disease Stage ≥ 3, Insulin dependent diabetic mellitus
- •Protein loosing disease : Protein loosing enteropathy, Nephrotic syndrome, active exfoliative skin disease
- •Active malignancy
- •Problem of enteral feeding : Dysphagia, bowel obstruction
- •Intravenous albumin used
- •Data collection ≤ 75 %
