- All
入选标准
- •1.Age 40 years old or older
- •2.at least one of the following risk factors for symptomatic knee Osteoarthritis
- •2.1 BMI 25 kg/m2 or more
- •2.2 history of a knee joint injury or surgery
- •2.3 knee symptoms (pain, aching, or stiffness)
- •2.4 radiographic knee OA grade 0-1 of Kellgren and Lawrence classification system
- •3.No contraindication to exercise(AACVPR guideline)
排除标准
- •1.regular physical exercise
- •2.bilateral knee replacements; lower limb surgery in the last six months
- •3.back, hip or knee problems that affect walking
- •4.inflammatory joint or muscle disease5.neurologic diagnoses
- •7.peripheral vascular
- •8.history of myocardial
- •infarction or stroke
- •9.chest pain during exercise or at rest; or need for supplemental oxygen.
