入选标准
- •?Irresponsive to conservative care more than 6 weeks (stretching exercise, rest, ice bag, NSAIDs, orthosis)
- •?Starting pain >= VAS 5
- •?Baseline Roles and Maudsley Score of 3 or 4
- •?Patient who agreed the consent
排除标准
- •?Steroid injection within 1 month
- •?Patient who needs surgery with more than 6 months of symptom
- •?Infection history to the affected foot or any injection history within 3 months
- •?Pulselessness to the posterior tibial artery and dorsalis pedis artery
- •?Ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, peripheral nerve entrapment syndrome, Achilles tendinitis, bleeding tendency, subtalar arthritis, any dermatologic disease that can induce hindfoot pain
- •?Calcaneal stress fracture
- •?Blindness, foreigners that cannot read the consent
- •?Patient who denies the consent
