入选标准
- •1.patient undergo upper blepharoplasty at Srinagarind Hospital
- •2.patient participation in this clinical trials
- •3.patient don't have history of tranexamic allergy
排除标准
- •1.History of previous undergo upper blepharoplasty
- •2.Infected wound
- •3.Underlying disease associated with wound healing such as Diabetes,immunocompromised
- •4.Patient undergo both upper and lowwer blepharoplasty
- •5.Underlying disease associated with thrombosis such as thromboembolic event,
- •hemoglobinopathy
- •6.Bleeding tendency diasease such as coagulopathy ,hemolytic disease
- •7.Chronic kidney disease
- •8.Patient had history used NSAID,anticoagulant, anti platelet with in 7 day
- •9.patient who has complication after surgery
