- •Patients refusal to participate in the study
- •Patients with recurrent inguinal hernia with known hypersensitivity to local anaesthesia
- •Patient with major comorbidities such as severe cardiorespiratory illness
- •Morbid obesity renal ailments coagulopathy and seizures disorder
