eutrophil at 83% and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) at 7.4 have predictive value in the diagnosis of CA. Furthermore, CA patients had a significantly longer length of stay (4.67 days versus 2.29 days) but there was no significant difference in operative time or postoperative complication rate.

- •Acute appendicitis patients who underwent appendectomy procedures between January 1, 2016, and March 31, 2022.
排除标准
- •patients with advanced age, pregnancy, atherosclerotic disease, diabetes mellitus, hematologic disease, or use of steroids or immunosuppressants, any of which can affect serum biomarker interpretation.
