入选标准
- •(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for insomnia and subjective cognitive decline;
- •(2) Age 18-80 years old;
- •(2) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)> 7 points;
- •(3) No abnormal immunity, neurological disorders, etc., and no infection;
- •(4) Have not taken psychotropic drugs in the past month;
- •(5) The subject or his guardian informed consent.
排除标准
- •(1) Patients with secondary insomnia;
- •(2) There is a history of diseases that affect cognitive function, such as Alzheimer's disease, cerebrovascular disease, craniocerebral infection and trauma, etc.;
- •(3) Patients with severe visceral dysfunction and blood system diseases such as blood coagulation dysfunction, platelet abnormalities, etc. are forbidden from acupuncture;
- •(4) Pregnant and lactating women;
- •(5) Those who do not cooperate with the scale assessment due to language barriers or other reasons.
