- •Older than 65 years, diagnosed essential hypertension (grade I), independent mobility, presence of subject information and signed consent.
排除标准
- •Presence of legal guardianship, MCI and severe cognitive impairment (TICS < 31 pts.), Increased risk of falls (Tinetti test < 20 pts.), Medical conditions associated with high risk of falls (stroke, Parkinson's disease), Vertigo disorders, Severe visual impairment, Movement restriction in shoulder joint (Abd./Flex < 90°), Travel sickness.
