入选标准
- •Adult patients receiving selective carotid endarterectomy under general anesthesia (age 20 to 80)
- •Physical status according to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA class I- III)
- •A person who agrees to a clinical trial and signs a subject consent form
排除标准
- •Children under 19 years of age, adults over 80 years of age
- •Patients with neurological abnormalities
- •Patients with bleeding abnormalities or disorders
- •Patients who cannot undergo nerve block surgery due to recent systemic or partial infection
- •Patients who have taken opioids for a long time or have a history of severe side effects from opioids
- •Patients allergic to local anesthetics
- •Patients with failed cervical plexus block
- •Patients in whom ANI measurement was not possible due to persistent arrhythmia
- •Patients who have had a pacemaker inserted or a heart transplant
- •Persons deemed unsuitable for participation in clinical trials in the judgment of the researcher
