入选标准
- •1.Symptomatic patients with Clinical and MRI evidence of anterior cruciate ligament insufficiency .
- •2.Patients between age 14 to 44yrs (skeletally matured patients).
- •3•ACL tear associated with medial/lateral meniscus tear or Associated Grade I and II MCL and LCL injuries .
- •4•No history of previous surgery in the knee
- •5•A normal contralateral knee.
排除标准
- •1.patients with local skin infection
- •2.patients with systemic illness compromising their pre anesthetic fitness
