入排标准
入选标准
- •1)Age of patient 18 -80 years.
- •2)Patient undergoing elective lumbar spinal surgery for an extradural pathology.
- •3) Patients who provide informed written consent for participation in the study
排除标准
- •(1)Intradural pathologies
- •(2)Pathologies involving the cervical spine and thoracic spine
- •(3)History of any psychiatric illness in the patient
- •(4)Patients with severe respiratory cardiac, hepatic or renal dysfunction
- •(5)Patients who have undergone a previous lumbar spine surgery.
- •(6)History of allergy to any of the drugs being used in the cocktail.
- •(7)Patients with ASA grade of more than 3.
- •(8)Patients who are on antiplatelet drugs like aspirin and anticoagulants
- •(9)Patients with previous history of thromboembolism.
