- •PATIENTS undergoing various elective surgeries under supraclavicular block.
排除标准
- •ASA class 3 and 4,patients refusal,coagulopathy,neurological deficits involving brachial plexus,patients allergic to local anesthetic,dexmedetomidine and ketamine,local infection at infection site,patients on any sedative or antipsychotics,hepatic and renal impairment,severe obesity,pregnancy,neuropathy,hemodynamic unstability
