•Inclusion creteria (Y. R Moon et al. 2017), (Lin Yang et al. 2018), (Y.-C. Huang et al. 2017).
•Those between 19 and 65 years of age.
•Those who are more than 6 months old from the onset of stroke.
•Those who have experienced hemiplegic shoulder pain accompanied by subluxation for more than 1 month.
•Those who can understand and participate in the study with an MMSE score of 24 or higher.
•A person who is able to contract shoulder muscles and actively move the shoulder.

•Exclusion criteria (Y. R Moon et al. 2017), (Lin Yang et al. 2018), (Y.-C. Huang et al. 2017).
•Persons with a history of shoulder-related surgery or other medical history prior to a stroke lesion.
•Those who have skin disease, scars, or infection on the shoulder where taping is applied.
•Those with skin allergies caused by taping.
•Those who have received intra-articular steroid injection within 1 month before the study.
•Those with past shoulder taping experience.
