简要总结
Twenty-four sedentary obese females were allocated into twelve HICT BW training females or twelve non-training control females. HICTBW training females improved body composition compared with non-training at week- 8. Also, the markers of physical fitness and cardiovascular endurance significantly progressed over the course of the 8-week program. Whereas, no changes were observed in the non-training females.
