- •With body mass index (BMI) of 18.5– 29.9 kg/m2, belonging to ASA physical status of 1 or 2, scheduled for elective awake craniotomy

- •Refusal of the patient
- •Pregnancy, bleeding disorder
- •Patients receiving sedatives
- •Psychological disturbances
- •Alcohol or substance abuse
- •Presence of cardiac or respiratory disease
- •? Local infection at site of injection
- •? Patients with known allergy to any of the study drugs
- •? Coagulopathy
- •? Hepatic or Renal impairment
