- •All preterm neonates admitted to NICU during the study period who are
- •1.Mechanical ventilated within 48 hours of life, for respiratory distress
- •2.Receive a trial of extubation
- •3.Admitted in NICU for minimum period of 48 hours after extubation
排除标准
- •1.Major congenital malformation
- •2.Upper airway obstruction
- •3.Mechanically ventilated for non-respiratory aetiology
