Evaluation of Voice Characteristics In Relation To Sharir Prakriti With The Help Of Multidimensional Voice Profile Module:An Observational Study

Prakriti deals with some Physical, Mental, Sensory, Motor and Spiritual character of an individual. This constitution comprises of both “physical body” as well as “mental body”Prakriti means “nature”or natural constitution of the human body. Pra means the beginning or source of origin and kruti means to form. Put together Prakriti means natural form. Prakriti word derived from “Pra-karoti iti Prakriti” means manifestation of special characteristics due to predominance of  Doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha the functional component of body), & in these Prakriti indicates predominance of specific Dosha in a human being. Vata prakruti have fast rate of speech and are talkative. Pitta prakruti have evidence for sharp and commanding voice with provocative speech pattern. Kapha prakruti have a soft, sweet and resonating voice and slow, clear speech patterns. Each participant will be assessed through their voice characteristics using Multidimensional Voice Profile Module.
