入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Adults with diabetes mellitus in the age-group of 20-60 years undergoing elective surgical procedures under spinal anaesthesia.
- •2.Height: 140cm-180cm
- •3.Weight: 45-75kg
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal for spinal anaesthesia
- •2.Patients taking drugs affecting sympathetic and parasympathetic pupillary function
- •3.Patients with h/o ocular operations, anisocoria, misshapen pupil or conditions affecting pupillary reflexes
- •4.Patients with other comorbidities like Hypertension, Hyperthyroidsm, Hypothyroidism, Asthma, COPD , Heart diseases except Diabetes.
- •5.Patients in whom more than 1000ml of blood loss is anticipated.
- •6.Patients with coagulopathy
- •7. Pregnant patients
