Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients more
- •than 18 years of age who have
- •undergone elective laparoscopic or
- •open interval appendectomy,
- •inguinal hernioplasty, and
- •cholecystectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •All patients with
- •(1) Complicated surgical procedures
- •(2) Inability to complete virtual visit (lack of access
- •to a device or internet);
- •(3) Discharge with drains;
- •(4) Postoperative length of stay of more than 3 days
