The purpose of this pilot study is to test the feasibility and outcomes of a supportive group-based intervention, Authentic Connections, to be used for nurse leaders at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, in a collaboration involving faculty at Arizona State University (ASU) Department of Psychology, Dr. Sunyia Luthar.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale - 2 item 24 weeks Two item scale, each of which has a 5-point range of responses, as follows: not true at all (0), rarely true (1), sometimes true (2), often true (3), and true nearly all of the time (4). The total score ranges from 0-8, with higher scores reflecting greater resilience.
