Inclusion Criteria

Patients with elective laparoscopic cholestectomy scheduled under general anesthesia of ASA class I-III are 60 to 85 years of age

Exclusion Criteria

1. If a disease of the CNS system, such as stroke, is diagnosed within 6 months
2. You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, myasthenia gravis and other psychiatric conditions
3. If you have a history of alcoholism and substance abuse
4. a patient who disagrees with a clinical study
5. Preoperative MMSE score below 24
