Inclusion Criteria

1. Apparently healthy school children aged 12yrs having permanent dentition , willing to participate and abide with the conditions of our study.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Children with conditions that may preclude the recording of the included parameters.

2. Children with history of consumption who are taking natural nutritional supplements

3. Children using supplementary oral hygiene aids that are known to have effects on the included parameters.

4. School children known allergic to certain fruits or vegetables.

5. Participants among whom consumption of certain fruits and vegetables forbidden due to cultural or social reason.

6. Children with medical conditions that limited their ability to change their consumption behaviour of fruits and vegetables.
