Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients undergoing elective lower abdominal surgeries
- •2. Age 18 to 60 years of either sex
- •3. Treatment with sedative hypnotics
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients with history of allergy to drug
- •2. Diabetes Mellitus, thyroid diseases, cardiopulmonary disease, psychological disorder, neurological deficit, liver diseases
- •3. Treatment with sedative hypnotics
- •4. Body temperature <36.5 or >38 degree Celsius
- •5. Local site infection
- •6. Spinal deformity
- •7. Bleeding tendencies- platelet count <50000/micro litre, prothrombin time >14sec, INR >1.5
