Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients who are admitted to the ICU and diagnosed to have MODS
  • •2\. Patients above 18years
  • •3\. Patients with at least 24 hours of ICU stay

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with known previous cardiac abnormalities like Ischemic heart disease, Congenital heart disease, Cardiomyopathy, Rheumatic heart disease.
  • •2\. Patients with poor echocardiographic window
