Inclusion Criteria
1.Mild Anemic women (Hb 11.0 g/dl to 11.9 g/dl)
2.Moderate anemic women (Hb 8.0g/dl to 10.9 g/dl)
Exclusion Criteria
1.Subjects who are taking medications for Thyroid, PCOS and other chronic conditions
2.Subjects with presence of thalassemia, sickle cell anemia, Hemochromatosis, Chronic gastric diseases (IBD, Crohn’s disease, gastric ulcers, celiac disease, hemorrhagic disease), excessive bleeding during menstrual cycles or renal disease
3.Severe Anemic
