Inclusion Criteria

To be between the ages of 40 and 70; to be in the menopause; to have completed all the therapies related to the treatment of the cancer, including, surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; to be at least six months after treatment; to have medical release for physical exercise; and to be performing the treatment of hormonal therapy (Tamoxifeno® or Anastrazol).

Exclusion Criteria

To present a diagnosis of lymphedema; uncontrolled arterial hypertension, uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled neurological diseases and / or orthopedic limitations.
