Staging history I to III confirmed; age between 40 and 65 years; being in menopause; not being involved in any regular exercise program in the last 6 months; have completed all cancer-related therapies, including, surgery, chemotherapy and / or radiation; be at least 6 months after treatment; hormone therapy (eg tamoxifen or aromatase inhibitor).
Osteomioarticular limitations that could compromise the exercise protocol; uncontrolled chronic disease that could represent a risk to the health of the volunteer.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Increase in muscle strength for lower and upper limbs of 58% and 26%, respectively, compared to baseline. Evaluation of muscle strength was performed by the test of 10 maximal repetitions before and after intervention.<br>The evaluations took place between April 20, 2017 and September 22, 2017.
