1.以健康管理组为对照，观察体重管理产品对超重 / 肥胖 / 消瘦人群的干预效果。 2.以空白组为对照，观察中式体重管理方法（包含产品、饮食、运动等内容）对超重 / 肥胖 / 消瘦人群的干预效果。

入选标准
- •The participants will be devided to three groups according to the diagnositic standard: overweight: 28<=BMI<=24 obesity: BMI>=28 emasiation: BMI<18.5;
- •According to TCM signs: Tanshi, Qixu and Tanshi Jiayu in overweight and obesity patients, and Yinxu in emaciation patients;
- •We will include the participants by a rate of Male/Female=1:1;
- •We will include the participants by a rate of overweight:obesity=1:1;
- •The participant signed the informed consent volumtary.
排除标准
- •The overweight/obesity/emaciation was caused by disease;
- •Participant complicated with severe heart disease, liver, kedney diseases;
- •Participant complicated with immune function deficiency or severe blood system disorder, cancer, or other severe basical diseases;
- •To be unable to cooperate with researcher such as mental diseases;
- •Have had relative materials or products with the study product which may impact the study results judgement;
- •Pregnancy or feeding lactation woman.
