Inclusion Criteria
Age under 21-40 years
No history of Acute/Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
All the women willing for at least 2 cycles of advance infertility treatment will be
enrolled.
Women willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Intrauterine surgery, synechiae, septum, submucosal fibroid
Active vulvovaginitis
Previous surgery for endometritis
Ultrasound diagnosis of endometritis.
Previous history of Genital TB

Name Time Method Correlation of CD138 positivity with ß HCG , Urine pregnancy test, Clinical <br/ ><br>pregnancy, Early pregnancy outcome, Live birth (if possible within study period)Timepoint: ß HCG , will be done after 14 days after embryo transfer <br/ ><br>Urine pregnancy test done after 21 days of embryo transfer <br/ ><br>Clinical pregnancy (USG) will be done after 28 days of embryo transfer <br/ ><br> Early pregnancy outcome seen till 28 weeks of gestation age
