Age between 40 and 75. Signing of informed consent. Only subjects with previous nuclear medicine examination: V.a. a parkinsonian syndrome (which led to referral to nuclear medicine for FP-CIT SPECT examination).
Non-consent or inability of the subject to consent to study participation; pre-existing high-dose symptomatic dopaminergic therapy (> 600 mg levodopa equivalent dose); relevant postural disorder (regular falls, propensity to fall in the so-called pull test); alcohol/drug abuse (current or history); depression (BDI > 19 points); acute psychotic symptomatology; severe previous internal disease (e.g., heart failure. e.g., heart failure) or orthopedic/rheumatologic pre-existing conditions that interfere with expenditure performance; inability to perform the experimental tasks; pregnancy; relevant daytime sleepiness (ESS >12), relevant cognitive impairment (MOCA score < 18).
