Women with PCOS
18-40 years old
BMI 20-40
Willingness to cooperate

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnancy
Lactation
Sleep disturbance
Shift work
Metabolic disease
Taking drugs that cause or affect the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome
Taking drugs that affect insulin sensitivity
Takeing antioxidant supplements
Following a special diet
Losing weight more than 5% of current weight in the last 6 months
Cigarettes and alcohol
