Inclusion Criteria
Patients clinically diagnosed with sign and symptoms of Mootraghata (B.P.H.)
1)Painful Micturition
2)Burning Micturition
3)Weak Stream
4)Incomplete emptying of bladder
5)Nocturia
Exclusion Criteria
1-Urethral diverticulum.
2-Periurethral abscess.
3-Urethral fistula.
4-Patient with Infective pathology.
5-Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension.
6-Immuno compromised patients
