1. First onset, Aged 35 to 75 years, course of disease 2 weeks to 3 months, right-handed;
2. According to the diagnostic criteria of stroke;
3. Patients with stroke diagnosed by CT or MRI and without contraindications to fMRI;
4. The muscle strength of the upper and lower limbs of the patient was more than grade 2;The simplified Fugl Meyer assessment showed dyskinesia;
5. The patients with clear consciousness, MMSE showed no dementia, aphasia, no mental disorder, and could basically maintain the sitting position and head balance and cooperate with the examination and treatment;
6. There are no contraindications to acupuncture and moxibustion;
7. Informed consent signed by the patient himself or by the patient's direct relative.
1. The muscle strength of the right upper and lower extremities was less than grade 2, or the simplified Fugl Meyer assessment showed no dyskinesia;
2. The patients with dementia and mental disorder were evaluated by MMSE;
3. Patients with severe complications, such as respiratory failure, heart failure, renal failure, severe lung infection, and cancer, have a greater impact on the quality of life of patients than stroke patients;
4. Patients who can not complete the basic treatment course, have poor compliance and are difficult to follow up.
