1.Subjects who are willing to give informed consent.
2.Subjects in the age group of 25 ââ?¬â?? 55 years.
3.Subjects who have at least 20 functional teeth
4.Subjects with Chronic Generalised Periodontitis. (Which is �30% of the sites showing �3-4mm of clinical attachment loss with radiographic evidence of bone loss.
5.Subjects with normal body mass index (BMI) (18.5-22.9 kg/meter square) according to the chart for the Asian population given by WHO
1.Subjects who are having Systemic diseases or are under regular medications for any systemic diseases.
2.Subjects who are on Anti-inflammatory/Anti-microbial therapy/mouthwashes or any vitamin supplements in the past 3 months.
3.Subjects who have undergone Periodontal Therapy in the last 6 months.
4.Pregnant or Lactating women.
5.Subjects who give a history of previous or current Smoking.
6.Subjects with Special Dietary requirements
