入选标准
- •Full term, non-labouring pregnant females
- •ASA physical status II
- •Scheduled for elective CD under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •Refusal of the patient to participate in the study.
- •Any known co-morbidities, such as hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, diabetes,
- •cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, established presence of arrhythmias.
- •Any known fetal abnormality or fetal distress, multiple gestation, ruptured membranes with
- •meconium stained liquor, growth restricted foetus having chronic asphyxia (previous
- •abnormal non-stress test and biophysical profile <6), evidence of intrauterine infection.
- •Recent use of any vasoactive medication.
- •Any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia.
