Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA I and II children of the above mentioned age group of either sex undergoing elective lower abdominal and penile surgeries of duration 30 to 60 minutes
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. antiemetic therapy within 24 hours before surgery.
- •2\. cardiovascular and renal disease.
- •3\. H/O motion sickness and/or PONV in patient, siblings and parents.
- •4\. obesity \- BMI \> 30 kg/m2
- •5\. children whose parents cannot be contacted by telephone.
- •6\. contraindication to caudal block.
- •7 H/O allergic reaction to drugs used in the study
